Little Athletics & Juvenile Training
Our Little Athletics & Juvenile members returned to Training at the All-Weather Hockey Pitches on Thursday. Little Athletics for children born in 2013, 2014 & 2015 train 6-7pm with athletes born 2012 & older train 7-8pm. Cross Country Training
Cross Country training continues every Saturday in Newbridge for athletes born 2012 and older. There was a huge turnout for this week's training in the sunshine. Huge thanks to coaches Sarah, Ruth & Louise & well done to all the athletes!

Children born in
2014 & 2015 are Under 9
2013 is Under 10
2012 is Under 11 etc...
We need to know by Saturday evening 6pm at the latest who is participating-.
PLEASE RSVP on CLUBZAP if your child is coming. If you can’t make it on the day, you can change the RSVP to NO.

🚙 Please carpool if possible. Parking €2 cash per car - pay the landowner as you drive in (no change given)
💶 Race fee €3 cash per athlete -please give the fee to our LSA coach (Ruth) who will give you an entry sticker

📆 Meet at the race venue at 10.15am for warm up and see What’s App and social media for race schedule.
Races can start earlier than planned or run behind time so be prepared to be flexible.
It's COMPETION TIME for our Little Athletics Members...
We are looking to name our 2013, 2014 & 2015 groups after Animals...
We need all members of these groups to be creative and draw their chosen animal...
Get your thinking caps on as the best animal names for each group will win a prize!
Keep an eye on the Whatapp group for when to post a photo of your entry...

Donabate Parkrun

National Half Marathon Championships at Fairyhouse
Fantastic results for LSA at the National Half Marathon Championships at Fairyhouse on Sat 10th Sept.

Super Suzanne's Marathon (First of Five!!)
Huge congratulations to Suzanne Dunne on completing the first of her 5-charity marathons in 5 months on Saturday. This year, Suzanne is undertaking this epic challenge for the busy, bustling and fun Down Syndrome Centre in Swords. This week Suzanne was joined by members of our Fit for Life group for part of her run. Shout out to Ali Conway who kept Suzanne company for 28km!! Suzanne's next marathon will be Dublin City Marathon on 30th October. Anyone who wishes to sponsor Suzanne & donate to a worthy case can find all the details here
