Fit for Youth (FFY) - Social Fitness Group from age 14++
LSA's FFY is a youth running programme specifically aimed at TY students/teenagers aged 14 and older. The schedule will be as follows:-
Thursday at 7pm - Run for Fun
Friday at 7pm - Teen Bootcamp
Athletic event workshops will be planned during the year on a Saturday morning at 11am - Dates to be confirmed.
Athletes will be full members and can pick and choose the day they want to attend. The aim is to keep teen athletes in the sport in a fun and social environment. Athletes can also choose to train and compete in all athletic events including Sprints/Middle distance/Throws/ Jumps under the expert guidance of Gerry Ronan, level 4 Track and Field Coach. If your teen is more interested in Track and Field, please contact Dara on 087 6599847.
