Fit for Youth (FFY) - Social Fitness Group from age 13++
LSA's FFY is a youth running programme specifically aimed at TY students/teenagers aged 13 and older. The schedule will be as follows:-
Thursday at 7pm - Run, jump,.throw for fun
Athletic event workshops will be planned during the year - Dates to be confirmed.
The aim of this group is to keep teen athletes in the sport in a fun and social environment.
Athletes can also choose to train and compete in all athletic events including Sprints/Middle distance/Throws/ Jumps under the expert guidance of Gerry Ronan, level 4 Track and Field Coach. If your teen is more interested in Track and Field, please contact Dara on 087 6599847.
