Before arriving to a session your coach will send out a Clubzap contact tracing document which you must fill in before attending. If you answer YES to any of the questions, please DO NOT come to training.
On arrival to training your coach will do a quick roll call at the beginning of the session to check against the app and you will be put into pods of 15 including your coach.
We would encourage members not to congregate at the beginning or end of the activity. Could you arrive as close as possible to the activity start time or wait in cars until the activity begins.
If you bring your own water bottle, please label it and don't share with others unless they are from your own household.
Members are advised to wash their hands before and after a session or use hand gel.
If we use equipment, it will be thoroughly cleaned before and after a session. The collection of equipment will be the sole responsibility of the coach.
Members must keep a minimum of 2 metres physical distancing throughout all training sessions.
We would encourage our members to adopt good respiratory hygiene, covering their nose and mouth when they cough or sneeze and using a tissue which is immediately disposed of.
We would strongly advise members to stay home if they feel unwell or have a family member unwell or isolating. If a member becomes ill during training, we will isolate them from other members and arrange for their next of kin to collect them as soon as possible.
Please feel free to wear masks too especially at the start or end of a session while warming up or cooling down.
